New Flavors: March, 2024 has seen the release of our long anticipated new flavors. No longer are the days of just Blue Raspberry! We have upgraded our inventory to feature two new amazing flavors that are office hits! Everyone welcome, Ganja Green Apple & Wastedmelon to our updated selection.

TRACKING: You can login to your account to view details, this is in your confirmation email and our main menu. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email within 24hrs of your order.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM EST.

We do not ship during Holidays when USPS is closed. We do not not ship the day before and after Christmas, New Years or Easter. We do not ship on Memorial day, Juneteenth, Thanksgiving or Veterans day.

*If you live in an apartment, be sure to add that on the checkout page. We are not liable for incorrect address input and there will be a $8 reshipping fee if your tracking shows a return to sender.*

What if I gave the wrong address? Check your user profile, If you notice a mistake email us immediately. Do not reply to the order confirmation email. You will have to email us before 2PM EST to guarantee the address will be corrected. If we do not fix the address at your request within this time frame your order will be reshipped for free.

Package states delivered but is not in my mailbox: We are NOT liable to anything that happens to your package when USPS states it was delivered. As outlined in our shipping policy we are NOT liable for 3rd party mistakes. Confirmation from USPS that your order was delivered means we have fulfilled all obligations on our end. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in this situation.

SHIPPING SPEED: All orders are shipped using USPS express. Majority of orders will be delivered to your door in 2 days, sometimes 1. Depending on the season and your location, longer shipping times can be expected. If a holiday is for example on a Monday, please expect at least a 1-2 day delay due to backed up mail at USPS.

Refunds: This is only offered when the package does not reach the destination and you choose not to receive a replacement. If gummies arrive melted in warm weather you will not be refunded if you do not purchase heat protection offered between 03/01/24-10/01/24, winter season is eligible for refunds due to melting. We are not liable if you leave your order in the sun or mailbox past 12 hours of delivery which can result in melted gummies during warm weather. Please contact us immediately if you receive a melted product and you paid for heat protection, if it is within an 12hour time frame of delivery you will be refunded or sent a replacement. If you provide an insufficient address and USPS confirms it, we are not responsible for shipping fees. You will be responsible for a $8 reshipping fee. If you would like a refund instead, $8 will be deducted for shipping, you will receive proof of delivery attempt and a refund. We are not liable for any damages if you provide the wrong shipping address without informing us within our stated time frame. Replying to your tracking email will not work. If an order has reached the destination we will not accept the order back or issue a refund. If there are any other issues please reach out via our contact page and we will work something out for you.
